This is the same for a loaf pan for banana bread or a pan for brownies.

Margarine or butter
Flour
Paper towel
Process
Pick up some margarine with the paper towel and spread it along the bottom and the sides of the pan. Put some flour in the pan and shake the pan to spread the flour along the bottom and the sides. Put the excess flour back in the bag.
